PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. butter
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix first four ingredients. Pat firmly into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat together milk, pumpkin, sugar, eggs and spices. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve with whipped cream and a whole pecan for garnish.
