PRALINE DESSERT 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together. Cool on cookie sheet 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Watch it, it burns easily. Crumble after it cools. Spread 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Drizzle 1/2 jar caramel topping on mixture. Spread 1/2 gallon slightly melted ice cream (vanilla) on top of caramel. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top of ice cream. Drizzle remaining caramel on top. Freeze at least 2 hours (until hard) before serving.
