SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar (granulated)
1/2 c. canned milk (unsweetened)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

3/4 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Place first 9 ingredients in bowl and mix. Spoon into greased casserole.

For topping: Combine crushed corn flakes, nuts (any kind you prefer), brown sugar and butter mixing well with a fork. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
