12 MINUTE FRENCH FUDGE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Remove from heat, but keep over double boiler so steam from water keeps the chocolate creamy. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, salt, vanilla and nuts. You have to work fast. Next put fudge into waxed, prepared container or pan and press it into an inch high block. Chill 2 hours. Turn out fudge, peel off paper and cut into 1" squares.
