RICE SALAD 
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can Veg-all mixed vegetables
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook rice and mix with all other ingredients. Chill well and serve. Keeps several days in refrigerator. Makes a lot.
