ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 can drained tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. sm. noodles
6 oz. can black olives, drained
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. grated cheese

Cook ground beef, onions, and peppers. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cook small noodles; drain. Layer noodles and sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Add cheese 15 minutes before casserole is done.
