LASAGNA CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. lean ground beef 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1 (10 oz.) pkg. wide or dumpling egg noodles, cooked and drained well 1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat. Heat Cheddar cheese soup and add to noodles. Add sauces and seasonings to meat. In 9 x 13 inch pan put half of meat mixture, noodle mixture and rest of meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven until cheese melts. |
