BUTTERMILK SALAD 
2 sm. boxes sugar free Jello orange or apricot
2 sm. cans unsweetened pineapple, crushed
2 c. buttermilk
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans

Heat pineapple and juice to boiling, dissolve Jello in it. Cool until slightly jelled, add buttermilk. Put into refrigerator until jelled more, then fold in Cool Whip.
