BUTTERMILK WALDORF SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 diced apple
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in buttermilk. Chill until partially set. Fold in apple, celery, and nuts. Turn into mold and chill until firm.
