BUTTERMILK WALDORF SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. buttermilk
1 apple, cored & chopped (about 1 c.)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve Jello in hot water and then stir in buttermilk. Chill until partially set. Fold in apples, celery and nuts and chill until firm.
