ANCHOVY PUFFS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, room temperature
1 c. flour
12 oz. tube anchovy paste

Beat cheese with butter. Add flour and mix. Transfer dough to plastic bag and flatten into disc. Chill.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll dough out on floured surface to about 1/8". Cut into 2" rounds. Spread each with anchovy paste. Fold over and crimp edges with fork. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes.
