IMPRESSIVE JELLO SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello 1 (3 oz.) pkg. red Jello 1 (3 oz.) pkg. grape Jello 16 oz. sour cream or IMO Add 1 cup boiling water to 1 package of Jello. Stir to dissolve. Pour 1/2 of Jello into a bowl and add 1/3 cup ice water. Stir. Pour into 13"x9" pan. Put into freezer for 10 minutes. In another bowl pour rest of Jello adding 1/3 cup sour cream or IMO, using a wire whisk; mix well. After 1st layer has been in freezer for 10 minutes. Pour sour cream layer on top. Freeze for 10 minutes. Repeat this process with all packages of Jello. Cut into squares to serve. Can top with whipping cream. This recipe can be used at Christmas with red and green Jello. |
