ALMOND COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. ground almonds
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 tbsp. half and half

Cream the butter and powdered sugar together until light and creamy. Stir in the ground almonds and flour until mixture is well combined. Add almond extract and half and half. Mix all together until well moistened. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
