FRENCH ALMOND COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 lb. ground almonds
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 c. flour

Mix in order given. Pinch off and roll into balls (size of hickory nuts). Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cookies can be rolled in waxed paper and frozen, then cook later. Cut in slices or roll in hand.
