ICE CREAM COOKIES 
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 beaten egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolk and vanilla, beat well. Add flour. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 dozen.
