CATTLEMAN'S MEATBALLS 
5 lbs. ground sirloin
1/2 lg. onion, diced
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/2 bottle ketchup
2 c. sourdough bread crumbs (coarse)
1/2 green pepper, diced fine
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients and roll into balls of 1/2 inch diameter. Cook in 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes.

SAUCE:

4 bottles ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 onion, finely diced
1/4 box brown sugar

Simmer for 1/2 hour and combine with meatballs. Serve hot.
