SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground meat
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs (softened in milk)
1/4 c. milk
Flour

1. Mix above ingredients together by hand. Form meatballs.

2. Dust meatballs lightly in flour and brown in skillet, greased with 2 tbsp. butter.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. unsulphured molasses
3 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup

1. Mix together sauce ingredients. Add browned meatballs to sauce. Heat thoroughly.
