SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS | |
1 1/2 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 3/4 c. water 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 c. catsup 2 lbs. ground meat 1 onion, chopped fine Garlic powder Paprika Pepper Mix ground meat and onion. Add paprika, garlic powder and pepper to taste. Roll into balls. Place in casserole. Mix everything else together and pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally. |
