CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. rice, uncooked (long grain)
2 eggs
5 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 lg. onion, diced
Salt and pepper
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 can tomato paste
1 lg. head cabbage

Soak cabbage in hot water. Mix all ingredients except sauerkraut, tomatoes, and tomato paste and form into balls. Core cabbage and wrap meat. Place tightly in roaster, cover with tomatoes, mixed with paste. Spread sauerkraut on tomatoes. Add more salt. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
