Made these cookies as recipe stated but omitted the chocolate chips/ butterscotch. Dropped by ice cream scoop & baked them for 14 mins. They came out perfect. My husband loved them!

These were so good that my lazy self used this recipe for Peanut Butter bars, spreading the dough into a cake pan and cooking until I was sure the center was done. As soon as I pulled them out of the oven, I spread a glaze of about 1/4 cup Karo syrup mixed with 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter (sorry I didn't measure!) over the top and let it cool before cutting into the best Peanut Butter bars I have ever made... gone in a flash and have been asked repeatedly for the recipe. Thanks for a great AND versatile recipe!

Wonderful recipe! I'm terrible though because I always tweak recipes. I'm sure the original recipe is great but I like big "cake-like" cookies. So, I added 1/4 tsp of baking powder and changed baking soda to 3/4 tsp. I also added 1 tsp. of vanilla and used 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter because I like a really peanut buttery cookie. Baked cookies for 16min. and turned out perfect. My family LOVED them!!!

I love this recipe. It's especially easy to split in half if you have limited ingredients.

These came out delicious! I have a 2 year old and these took me absolutely no time to put together. We are going to freeze half the batter so that we can use later.

I am very skeptical about trying peanut butter cookie recipes because of the many times each different recipe failed, but this recipe was very good! I cooked the cookies for 11 minutes instead of 10, and I omitted the chocolate altoghter. They turned out excellent. I will make them again soon. Thank you for this recipe, C. M.

This is my new favorite peanut butter cookie recipe! I google-searched for "bendy peanut butter cookies", since our old family recipe involves ball rolling, forks, flour, and time-consuming nonsense for a biscuit of a cookie. This one? This recipe? WOW. Just right. Nice and flat and bendy. Thank you. Tastes great too! Even without the vanilla that we'd run out of....

I tried this recipe with a whole bag of reeses peanut butter chips and everyone who eats them begs me to make more. They are easy and better than any other peanut butter cookie I've ever had.

I doubled the vanilla & chilled them before cooking them. Made them easier to put on cookie sheet for baking. Cooked them 10 min & came out great. Chewy in the middle, crispy on the outside. I was surprised on how thin they were but they tastes great. I didn't add any extra chips.

I followed the directions to the letter but instead of adding chocolate chips, I added about a half of cup of cocoa powder. It gave it an extra chocolate kick and turned the cookies dark brown.
