FIESTA CORNBREAD 
1 1/3 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. salad oil
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. chopped jalapenos
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. grated cheese

Mix cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Stir in eggs, salad oil, sour cream, corn and peppers. Pour 1/2 the batter into a hot greased pan. Cover with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Pour in rest of batter and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
