BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 qt. buttermilk
2 lg. pkgs. instant pudding & pie vanilla mix
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 c. pecans
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. can fruit cocktail

Drain and pat dry with paper towels the fruit cocktail and oranges. Drain the pineapple through strainer well. Pick up as much liquid with paper towels you can then mix buttermilk, pudding mix, Cool Whip in large bowl. Can use your mixer. Add the fruit and mix well. Cover with saran wrap and put in ice box for overnight or longer.
