CAULIFLOWER AND ORANGE SALAD 
1/4 c. shredded, raw cauliflower flowerets
1/4 c. diced orange sections
1/4 c. diced celery
3 tbsp. minced green peppers
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. French dressing
Few drops onion juice

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, toss lightly. If preferred, the salad may be marinated in French dressing for half hour before serving. This salad may also be served on individual plates on salad greens. Broccoli may be substituted for cauliflower.
