KATHY'S ZUCCHINI AGAIN! 
3 to 4 med. zucchini, scrubbed, unpeeled & grated
3 tbsp. flour
Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. milk to thicken garlic powder

Grate zucchini (if wintertime and zucchini are super fresh, let it stand for 20 minutes then press out liquid using paper towels). Saute onion in butter. Add grated zucchini and flour. Cook for 1 minute. Add milk and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Season to taste. Spread in a baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese then bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
