3 c. sugar
3 c. water
10 tsp. instant coffee
3 tsp. vanilla
1 fifth vodka

Simmer sugar, water and coffee for 1 hour. Remove from heat and cool. Add vanilla and vodka. Makes great holiday gifts! Makes 2 fifths.
