2 lg. potatoes, peeled
1 can shredded coconut
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
6 unsweetened chocolate squares
16 oz. box confectioners sugar

Mash potatoes while hot. Add coconut, butter, salt and vanilla. Shape needhams on wax paper on cookie sheet. Pour hot chocolate over each. Let stand and cool.
