BAKED BEANS AND SAUSAGE | |
3 lb. can pork and beans 1 lb. sausage 1 sm. onion, diced 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. catsup 1 tbsp. mustard 1 lg. container Hungry Jack Biscuits 1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated Brown sausage and onions, drain. Put beans into a 2 quart casserole. Mix brown sugar, catsup and mustard; add to beans with the sausage. Stir well. Cut biscuits in half and cover casserole with biscuits. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. |
