CREOLE SAUSAGE - BEAN BAKE 
1 lb. sausage links
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 med. clove garlic, minced1 bay leaf
1 tsp. sugar
Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (1 lb.) cans Vancamp's New Oreleans Style Red Beans

Cut sausages in thirds; place in skillet with water. Cover, cook over low heat for 5 minutes; drain. Brown sausages lightly, add onion, green pepper and garlic; cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to boiling. Pour into 2 quart casserole.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Serve over rice.
