BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 good size bunch of broccoli
1 med. head cauliflower
8 strips bacon
1/4 c. finely chopped red onion
1 c. raisins

Rinse and cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. (Use mostly flowers from broccoli.) Cook bacon and crumble. Mix all ingredients together.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. white vinegar

Mix dressing ingredients completely and pour over salad. Toss gently. Cover and chill overnight.
