1 sm. head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. raisins
1/3 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
1/3 c. green onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix Miracle Whip, sugar and small amount of milk. Combine with all ingredients and chill.
