NO SALT POTATO SOUP 
3 sm. potatoes, diced
1 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery

Combine all ingredients in 3 cups of water, cook until tender. Mix all with blender until soupy. Add 1 tablespoon butter and milk. Garnish with Mrs. Dash or cheese. Serve hot.
