BAKED FISH WITH SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a medium baking pan. Sprinkle fish with salt and place in a single layer in pan. Spread with sour cream; sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until fish flake easily.
