PORK CHOPS DIJON 
4 pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp. dijon style mustard
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 sm. onion, sliced

Trim excess fat from chops. Combine salad dressing, dijon-style mustard, and black pepper. Brush both sides of chops with mixture. In large skillet, cook chops, covered, over medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Turn chops. Add sliced onion. Cook, covered, 5 to 10 minutes more or until meat is tender. To serve, place chops on a platter. Top with onions and pan juices. Serves 4.
