SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2/3 c. rice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water

Brown chops in oil. Season with salt and pepper. Top chops with green peppers and onion. Sprinkle rice between chops; pour liquids over rice. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 50-60 minutes or until chops are done.
