Chocolate chip box cake (Betty Crocker)

Mix as directed on box and cook.

ICING:

3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
3 c. sugar
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. evaporated milk

Boil 3 minutes, if it gets too hard, add a tablespoon or 2 or evaporated milk.
