EASY BEEF BURGUNDY 
4 lbs. of stew meat
2 c. burgundy
4 cans condensed consomme
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. flour
4 onions, sliced

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Mix flour and bread crumbs together. Place meat in casserole dish, add onions and broth, add flour mixture cover and cook in 300 degree oven for 3 hours.
