POTATOES ROMANOFF 
4 med. potatoes, cooked in jacket until tender or 1 bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. sour cream
4 green onions, sliced with tops
1 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Combine potatoes, sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt, and pepper. Turn mixture into buttered 1 1/2 quart dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
