SPANISH PORK CHOPS | |
Pork chops Onion, med. Green pepper (bell) Fresh tomatoes Flour Salt Pepper Oil Flour pork chops, salt and pepper to taste. Brown lightly in oil. Place in pan 1 inch deep. Slice onion, green pepper, tomatoes, place a slice of each on each pork chop. Cover pan with lid or tin foil and bake 1/2 hour on 350 degrees then turn oven to 250 degrees and bake for 1 1/2 hours. |
