SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
Onion, med.
Green pepper (bell)
Fresh tomatoes
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Oil

Flour pork chops, salt and pepper to taste. Brown lightly in oil. Place in pan 1 inch deep. Slice onion, green pepper, tomatoes, place a slice of each on each pork chop. Cover pan with lid or tin foil and bake 1/2 hour on 350 degrees then turn oven to 250 degrees and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
