6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
6 oz. butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. peanut butter
5 c. corn flakes

Combine chocolate and butterscotch morsels and peanut butter in large saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Add corn flakes. Stir until well coated. Spread mixture into 9x9x2 inch pan. Chill until firm. Let stand at room temperature about 10 minutes before cutting into bars. Bars are easily removed from pan.

VARIATION: Stir 1/8 teaspoon peppermint flavoring into chocolate cereal mixture for Crispy Mint-Chocolate Bars.
