3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Hershey cocoa
2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 c. sour milk (mix 3/4 c. milk + 1/4 c. vinegar)
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients then add 1 cup of boiling water. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Mrs. Harner uses an old fashioned turks head pan (similar to a bundt pan).

BUTTER CREAM ICING:

1 lb. box 10X sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
