MAYONNAISE 
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. wine vinegar

Put salt, pepper, mustard, and sugar into blender; add egg. Mix thoroughly at low speed, adding a few drops of oil; mix well. Then add remaining oil in steady stream until it has been absorbed and mayonnaise is very thick.
