CHILE "KEESH" 
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked at 450 degrees for 10 minutes
5 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack or longhorn cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. flour
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into pastry shell or greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set and golden.
