CUSTARD FILLING 
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook together in double boiler until mixture coats spoon and is thickened. Pour onto cooled crust.

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
3 tsp. sugar

Spread on top of custard. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees until meringue is brown.
