ITALIAN SAUTE 
1/2 head broccoli, cut into chunks
1/2 head cauliflower, cut into chunks
2 c. string beans, sliced
1 lb. asparagus
3 tbsp. oil
5 garlic cloves, diced
4 tbsp. tamari
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. sea salt

Steam the vegetables by placing them in a medium sized saucepan with 2 cups of water. Place over medium heat, and cook for about 7 minutes, until slightly tender.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat; add the garlic and tamari, and cook until garlic is golden, stirring constantly. Add the steamed vegetables and the seasonings; cook over high heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly; add a dash of tamari and garlic powder, while cooking until vegetables are tender but not soft. Serves 4-6.
