MACARONI SAUTE IN MICROWAVE 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, peeled & crushed
1 (20 oz.) can tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ground beef

Heat browning pan in microwave as per instructions. When hot add vegetable oil and macaroni. Keep microwave on high; stir macaroni frequently until a light brown color. Add onion, green pepper and crumbled meat and cook stirring frequently until meat is cooked. Add tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce and salt. Cover browning pan and cook on roast for 18 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir occasionally. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
