JELLO DESSERT SALAD 
1 (#2 1/2) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)

Drain syrup from pineapple into measuring cup. Add enough hot water to make 3 cups. Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid, add salt, and cool until slightly thick, about 30 minutes in the freezer. Then fold in pineapple, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and sprinkle almonds on top. Pour into oblong mold. Serve with dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip, 1/2 green cherry, and a mint sprig.
