ITALIAN MEAT STUFFING 
2 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. parsley
3 eggs
6-8 slices bread
2 tbsp. grated cheese
Salt & pepper

Bake at 350 degrees in casserole or square pan or small roast pan. Can stuff it in a chicken also.

Saute chopped garlic in oil. Add ground beef, salt and pepper. Brown and cool slightly. Put bread in water and squeeze excess water out. Mix cooked ground beef and bread, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper and cheese all together. If dry add 1/4 cup milk. Bake 1 hour until brown.
