STUFFED SHELLS WITH MEAT BALLS 
1/2 pkg. Prince shells
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced celery
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. sherry wine
1/3 c. Prince Parmesan grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/3 to 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 pt. jars Prince meatless spaghetti sauce

Add 2 tablespoons of salt to 2 quarts of rapidly boiling water. Gradually add shells so that water does not stop boiling. Boil, uncovered, 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Drain portion of water, allowing shells to remain in warm water. Melt butter in large frying pan. Add pork and beef and cook until lightly browned. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes, until celery is tender.

Remove from heat, stir in sherry, grated cheese, salt and bread crumbs. Stuff each shell with slightly cooled mixture, close. Pour 1 jar of meatless spaghetti sauce in a shallow casserole. Arrange stuffed shells in casserole and top with second jar of sauce. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
