STUFFED MEATLOAF RING 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (12 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 c. cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together except the mushrooms, catsup, broccoli, and cheese. Pat 1/2 of the mixture into the bottom of a microwave baking ring. Top with a layer of broccoli, then mushrooms and then the cheese, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the sides. Top with remaining meat mixture and catsup. Cover with wax paper and microwave at medium high for 22-24 minutes. Be sure to check it frequently to make sure wax paper is in place and to see if liquid needs to be drained off.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
