CHEESE SAUSAGE SOUFFLE | |
6 slices of bread (put through blender) 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 4 eggs, well beaten 2 c. milk 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained Mix together and pour into 9x13 or 8x8 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes covered with foil. Remove foil and bake a final 15 minutes. |
